1.Data upload

I uploaded the data I scanned , per the screen , it says upload completely .Where is the uploaded data on my computer ?

First you need to be sure which type of document you need to transfer the data to, open the document and put the cursor at where you want input the data and then start export, the data will be transmitted to the document you opened .

2.Trouble shooting

Scanner is connected , but the barcode can’t be sent to my computer ?

Possible the scanner was set to storage mode , please scan the code to change to Instant Upload Mode .

3.Barcode cann’t be read.

Some barcodes can not be read why ?

Damaged barcodes and blurry barcodes can’t be read , you have to input manually .If the barcode is clear and complete , scan other barcode in the same type to find out if the certain barcode type is off by default.Some barcodes are off by default for they are not commonly used , please contact us of you don’t know what type of barcode you are referring to .

Why the barcode content is not correct ?

If garbled characters shows. Please make sure the host keyboard language is the same as the scanner language .If characters missing happens , please slow down the transmission speed .

4.Troubleshooting for barcode sending .

The barcode content send to my computer is wrong.

Please set the inout language of your computer to English temporarily and set the scanner keyboard language to English .
