Product introduction
Single cylinder diesel engine, which is classified according to the number of cylinders, has only one cylinder.
Single cylinder diesel engine is mainly used in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, automobile
industry, marine machinery, power industry and other fields.

IT IS BROADLY APPLY FOR AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY, SUCH AS RICE-MILLING MACHINE, WATER PUMP, TRACTOR, GENERATOR SETS, TRUCK ETC.

Startup mode
1) Hand start mode. Single cylinder diesel engine is usually started by hand, and the following steps are
taken when starting: 1) pulling the control handle up to the maximum throttle position and opening the fuel
tank switch; 2) turning the decompression handle to the "decompression" position; 3) when starting the
diesel engine with the start handle, the engine should stand on the left side of the machine in a horse-step
cubic manner, with the left hand holding the machine. The right hand holds the rocker, rotates the relief
handle to the relief position, then swings the crankshaft quickly, hears the injector emit a crisp sound of
fuel injection, suddenly puts down the relief handle, and the diesel engine can start.
2) Electric power start-up mode. Multi-cylinder diesel engines are usually started by electric power.
When starting, the following steps are usually taken: 1. Pull the governor handle to the middle speed
position and turn on the fuel tank switch; 2. Insert the ignition switch key into the ignition switch and
rotate to the "start" position, and the crankshaft of the diesel engine is rotated by the work of the electric
starter. Once activated, the key should be quickly loosened to "work" position.
