Product description: In the rod - having pump operation, API standard subsurface sucker rod pump is one quite important downhole oil production equipment. which can be divided into tubing pump and rod pump.

Specification table:

The working mechanism of tubing pumps involves mounting the pump barrel assembly directly onto a tubing string, while connecting the plunger assembly to a sucker rod string. The up and down reciprocal movement of the plunger assembly facilitates the production process. One key advantage of this setup is that in the event of any operating issues with the traveling and fixed valves, the valve side problem can be resolved using the sucker rod, piston, and extractor, without the need to remove the entire pump and tubing string from the well. This not only minimizes work intensity but also reduces operation costs.

Main parts process and material:
Plunger: 1045 steel spraying (B1), 1045 steel spraying (B2), 1045 steel chrome plating (A1), 1045 steel double chrome plating (A2).
Valve ball and seat: stainless steel (A1), cobalt chromium (B2), tungsten carbide (C1), nickel and carbon compounds (C2), titanium carbide (C3).

Pump barrel: plain carbon steel plating (A1), ordinary carbon steel carbonitriding (B1), ordinary carbon steel carburizing (B2), low alloy steel nitride (B5).
Other accessories: plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and other materials.
