Description
Dewatering Process: As the sludge progresses along the drum, the
combination of compression, shear, and pressure exerted by the
screw shafts and rotating disks further separates the water from
the sludge solids. The continuous rotation of the screw shafts
promotes the formation of a dewatered sludge cake. The released
water, known as filtrate, flows through the gaps in the disks and
is collected for further treatment or recycling.
Construction Principle
The main body of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is
composed of multiple fixed rings and swimming rings, and the screw
shaft runs through it to form a filtering device.
The front section is the concentration section, and the back
section is the dehydration section, which completes the sludge
concentration and dehydration in one cylinder and replaces the
traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration methods with a
unique and subtle filter pattern.
