Description
Thickening Process: The sludge is introduced into the Multi-disk
Screw Press, typically at the inlet end of the drum. As the screw
shafts rotate, the sludge is conveyed toward the outlet end while
encountering the fixed and moving disks. The narrow gaps between
the disks create increasing pressure, causing the sludge to be
compressed and the water to be forced out. This thickens the sludge
by reducing its volume and increasing the solids concentration.
Construction Principle
The main body of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is
composed of multiple fixed rings and swimming rings, and the screw
shaft runs through it to form a filtering device.
The front section is the concentration section, and the back
section is the dehydration section, which completes the sludge
concentration and dehydration in one cylinder and replaces the
traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration methods with a
unique and subtle filter pattern.
