Description of tubing Anchor:

This tubing anchor is primarily designed for use with 5-1/2 casing during oil drain operations that involve rotating the tubing. It offers several advantages over existing tubing anchors:

- The presence of other tools below the lower joint does not affect the cone, and the cone itself does not bear axial force.
- During well operation, when rotating the tubing, the cone easily screws together on the upper part of the inner pipe, allowing for smooth oil drainage and unlocking of the anchor.
