DESCRIPTION
The EPDM membrane sewage treatment tubular aerator is a highly
efficient aeration system designed for use in wastewater treatment
plants. This particular model features a 3-inch tube and uses a
flexible EPDM membrane to diffuse air into fine bubbles, increasing
the surface area of the air-water interface and facilitating oxygen
transfer. The membrane diffuser technology helps to create uniform
aeration throughout the wastewater, ensuring that all areas of the
water are properly oxygenated.
STRUCTURE
The tubular microporous aerator adopts a tubular structure, and the
membrane tension is greatly reduced compared to the disc aerator.
The rubber film of the tubular aerator adopts natural rubber
adhesive and aging formula to extend the service life of the film

Fine bubble tube diffuser is a non-clogging type that combines
automatic cleaning and prevents the reverse flow of sewage. Due to
the suspension of air supply by the blower, the membrane contracts
and closes in a timely manner, and sewage never seeps back into the
tubular aerator. When the blower is restarted, the membrane expands
and releases bubbles, while also bouncing away the sludge adhering
to the surface of the membrane. This maintenance-free feature is a
good choice for activated sludge construction. Due to the fact that
the diffusion adhesive of the microporous aerator is made of
imported rubber, it has excellent physical and mechanical
properties. The accessories and air pipes are composed of
engineering plastics, so they are not afraid of corrosion and have
possible performance, reducing the workload of operation and
maintenance.
PRINCIPLE
Fine bubble tube diffuser is a water treatment oxygen-filling
device. Its working principle is that oxygen is transported by a
blower through a pipeline and enters the microporous aerator
through a pipeline. Then, microporous bubbles are blown out through
the microporous membrane on the aerator, fully diffusing and mixing
into the mixed liquid, allowing the oxygen in the bubbles to
dissolve into the mixed liquid, providing dissolved oxygen required
for microbial biochemical reactions, and ensuring sufficient mixing
of sewage, Keep the activated sludge in a suspended state. By fully
contacting the three phases of mud, water, and gas, it is ensured
that activated sludge fully utilizes the dissolved oxygen in the
water to decompose organic pollutants.
