Product Description
Industrial rotary drum thickener equipment known as a belt filter press is employed for separating
liquids and solids from a mixture of slurry. A loop of belts
arranged in a series is used to filter the slurry as it passes
through the press.
Application
1. Sewage treatment: Drum thickeners can be used to treat sludge in
sewage treatment plants, transforming sludge from a state with a
high moisture content into a solid substance with a low moisture
content, which is convenient for subsequent treatment and disposal.
2. Mining industry: In mining production, the drum thickening
dehydrator can be used to dehydrate and concentrate mineral slurry,
thereby improving the grade and recovery rate of minerals.

Belt Position Correcting System
This system can automatically keep detecting and rectifying the
deviation of belt cloth, so as to guarantee the normal operation of
our machine and also extend the lifespan of the belt.
■Press Roller
The press roller of our sludge belt filter press is made from
SUS304 stainless steel. Additionally, it has gone through the TIG
reinforced welding process and exemplary finishing process, thus
featuring a compact structure and ultra-high strength.
■Air Pressure Control Device
Tensioned by an air cylinder, the filter cloth can run smoothly and
safely without any leakage.
How Our Belt Filter Press Works
1. The solid-liquid mixture enters the machine through the feed
port and enters the drum screen area.
2. In the drum screen area, the solid particles are retained by the
screen, while the liquid passes through the screen into the liquid
collection tank inside the machine.
