Introduction:
PS6IL-J Full hydraulic concrete spraying machine is a new type of
concrete spraying equipment for tunnel and mining that uses
hydraulic system to realize self-movement, concrete spraying and
automatically reduce spraying dust emissions.
1. High degree of automation, walking, spraying, dust removal and
automatic turning of the hopper base are realized by a set of
hydraulic system, which is easy to operate nearby.
2. The whole set of equipment has only one motor, which greatly
shortens the wiring and auxiliary time of the motor before and
after the spraying operation.
3. The friction plate is automatically pressed hydraulically.
4. The friction plate and rotating liner are automatically
lubricated.
5. The hopper seat is automatically turned over, reducing the labor
intensity of maintenance workers.
6. Accelerating agent vibration feeding, micro adjustment, to
ensure accurate addition and reduce operating personnel.
7. Injecting the main engine's exhaust dust and the rotor friction
plate leakage dust negative pressure into a special dust removal
device, new filter material filtering, more than 90% dust reduction
compared with traditional jets, reducing environmental pollution,
and protecting the physical and mental health of the operators.
8. According to the on-site wind pressure and air volume, the spray
volume is steplessly adjusted; the key components are optimized and
designed to achieve long-distance spraying operations.
9. The hydraulically driven crawler chassis travels automatically,
which is convenient and fast to move.

1. Q: Which pump model should we choose?
A: To recommend the most suitable model, please let us know your
requirements and the details of your project, then will give you
the professional suggestions soon.
2. Q: What is the vulnerable part? How many spares should we
prepare?
A: After long-time running, the rubber piston and cylinder sleeve
may get worn. We will offer some spares for free.
Referring to the service life of each part, we will put a rough
estimate of requested spares according to your project scale.
3. Q: Can we have customized model?
A: Yes. Customized production and OEM production are available
according to your actual requirements.
4. Q: Do i need technical skills to operate this machine?
A: Yes. Please read the Operation Instruction for some basic
technical skills before operating this machine, and contact us if
any operation procedure is unclear.
5. Q: What should we do if there are some problems with the
machine?
A: The Operate Instruction will help with routine maintenance and
common problems.

6. Q: What is the lead time?
A: 1 week for sample model, 2~3 weeks for customized model. It

A: The machine will be wrapped by plastic film and packed by

A: Both online order and offline order are acceptable.
It is suggested to place online order with a Trade Assurance to get
full protection for first order.
9. Q :How to pay for this order?
A: Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment;
L/C at sight (high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);
100% TT in advance (especially for small amount and spare parts
etc.)
