Method o Operation :
1. Remove impurities on the surface of the material, keep the
surface of the material free of oil stains, dust, etc.;
2. Turn on the roller machine first, introduce the glue into the
roller, try rolling, adjust the glue film to evenness, then roll
coating normally;
3. According to different materials, single-sided or double-sided
roll coating is determined;
4. After applying, it needs to be properly aired. However, the
bonding must be completed within 15 minutes after applying, and
reasonable pressure should be applied after bonding (the adhesive
layer generally solidifies in about 24 hours, and the pulling force
reaches the maximum in 48 hours);
5. Airing time: In summer, when the temperature is high, it is
usually packed after 6 hours of airing; in winter, the temperature
is low, and it is usually packed after 8 hours of airing;
6. In order to reduce the drying time, it is necessary to adjust
the appropriate amount of glue when producing. Under the premise of
satisfying the viscosity, the less the amount of glue, the better.
