Methods of application :
1.Open the ventilation facilities or doors and windows to ensure
good ventilation in the workshop.
2.Clean the target surface, which needs to be no dust, no oil, no
water, and no feculence etc.
3.Use exclusive scrape plate with sawtooth for all purpose
adhesive.
4. Pour a certain quantity of adhesive on the target surface.
5. Scrape the adhesive by a scrape plate with sawtooth evenly on
the surface. Usually one film of adhesive is
enough. In order to avoid air inside the adhesive film, scrape to
one side, do not scrape back and forth.
6. After scrape adhesive on the target surface, air the surface for
5-15 minutes. When the adhesive film is dry,
bond the surfaces with even pressure.
7.When bonding, make sure the position is right at one time to
avoid of repositioning, and bond from one end to
another uniformly.
8. After bond, press the bonding area evenly, or hammer it with
rubber hammer to push out the air and bond the
surfaces tight to enhance the adhesion quality.
