ABOUT OUR Quality Control System for CNC Machining Processing
1st inspection:
QC inspects the first piece product made coming out from our
machine.
QC will do over check according to the parameters list and critical
dimensions requested by customers,to decide if it can go ahead for
production.
2nd inspection:
During processing, our IPQC will check the injection molded parts
every
2 hours, ensure no any rejects
3rd inspection:
FQC will check the products before sending to the warehouse
4th inspection:
OQC will check again before shipping

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are original manufacturer. We can do OEM/ODM business.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: General delivery time: 7~20 days.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. To be discussed.
Q: How to buy your products?
A: Please send the part 3D models and 2D drawings for us to check
first, after all is got confirmed, we will send you the PI for
check and arrange payment.
Normally the procedure is sign the contract, payment by T/T,
contact the shipping company to delivery the goods to your country.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: The free warranty is one year from the day of Commissioning
qualified. If there is any fault for our products within the free
warranty period, we will repair it and change the fault assembly
for free.
