The linear three-label labeling machine is suitable for round
bottleneck labeling, and the labeling of the front and back three
labels at the same time.
It can be installed with a special mechanism to achieve the side
and the flat bottleneck for one week, and the two labels at the
same time.
The new eight-dimensional space adjustment of the standard head,
the special angle product only needs to adjust the angle, the
operation is simple and convenient.
The heading adopts a double-pressing roller structure to ensure
that the label paper is tightened and avoids the phenomenon of
broken labels caused by the die-cutting damage of the bottom paper,
and the segmented clutch makes the tension more balanced.
The pressure between the drive shaft and the pressure roller can be
adjusted, so that the direction of the label paper can be adjusted
arbitrarily, instead of the ordinary elastic compression, the label
runs "to listen to it".
The main engine adopts the famous factory servo motor to realize
the real closed-loop control, avoiding the “blind walking”
phenomenon of the ordinary stepping motor, high-precision
subdivision, and built-in absolute encoder, all of which are
designed to provide high precision.
The specially designed plastic shaping mechanism ensures the
accurate positioning of the object to be attached and achieves
accurate labeling.
