• 1) The Model HTL-2200 Machine is a domestic new-generation and fully-automatic production line, researched and developed with Japanese top-notch technology, to produce hollow-core stick. The production line is made up of a beating machine for raw and semi-finished materials, a curing main machine, two conveyors, two slurry-poured machines and a conveyer belt.

• 2) Product processing:According to the prescription, raw materials are placed into the mixing machine to be stirred into even powdered slurry, and then conveyed onto the heated wheel hub in the baking machine. After baking, the soft bar is scraped by a scraper and put in reeling shaft to circle into a bar shape. And cut into a needed length to be collected in the conveyer belt, through grooved rails.
