Explosion-proof single girder overhead crane is a crane with automatic, clean and explosion-proof functions that meets the new production process.The main difference between LDA type single girder overhead crane and explosion-proof single girder overhead crane is lifting mechanism.This explosion-proof type crane use special anti-explosion electric hoist to meet needs of

flammable and explosive workshop.

This type crane sit on the tall concrete pillars or mental supports,its shape looks like a bridge.Single girder overhead crane runs longitudinally along the rails laid on the elevated on the both sides.This is able enough to lift materials under the bridge without being hindered by the ground cargo.Single girder overhead crane is one of the most used and largest number of lifting machinery.

Application:

Single girder overhead crane is a main tool and equipment for mechanization and automation of processing in the modern industrial manufacturing and lifting transportation areas.The usage environment of explosion-proof single girder overhead crane is a semi-conductor material workshop, dust-free design, and the air cleanliness level is level 4 (national standard level 7) (that is, no more than 10,000 particles with a size of 0.1 μm per cubic meter). At the same time, there is flammable and explosive gas in the workshop, and the explosion-proof grade of the crane is dIICT4 or dllBT4.

Control methods:

Generally,the control methods of this type explosion-proof crane are ground wireless remote control (automatic control)and cabin control(manual control).

(1) Automatic control method means that the key points of the crane are preset in advance through the remote control, then the crane starts to run. After reaching the key point, the crane will automatically lift, and the alarm will prompt the completion of the lifting action.The remote control is explosion proof and is equipped with a pause button and a panic button.

(2) Manual control way is rotating the selector switch of the explosion-proof control cabinet to the "manual" control mode, and the staff can operate the crane on-site through the explosion-proof button to perform manual operation and control the manual operation of each mechanism.
