Product Description :
Hook bridge crane is a general bridge crane which is widely used in
the lifting machinery.
KSSLE type hook bridge crane has two trolley as lifting
mechanism.The two trolley can work simultaneously or separately.The
standard lifting capacity is from 5+5tons to 16+16tons(Could be
customized according to your requirements),and its working duty is
A5~A6 according to the frequency of usage.
Application:
It is suitable for loading, unloading and hoisting work in
factories, warehouses and freight yards where the ambient
temperature is -20℃～40℃ and the relative humidity is not more than
85%. It is forbidden to work in the environment of flammable,
explosive and corrosive gas. Especially,This type crane is suitable
for lifting long materials(wood,paper tube,pipe,bar and cartoon
jumbo).
Configuration:
KSSLE type double trolley hook bridge crane is mainly composed of a
box-shaped bridge,two trolleys traveling mechanism, a crane
traveling mechanism and an electrical control system. The lifting
mechanism is two hooks.
Track is laid on the main beam for the trolleys to move laterally
along the direction of the main beam. The main girder is welded
with the box-shaped end girder, and the end girder is arranged with
joints, bolts or pin connections for the crane to be disassembled
and transported.
The control method has three ways mainly: pendant line button
control, wireless remote control and aerial cabin control,
generally standard way is cabin control.
There are two types of cabin : open and closed, with adjustable
seats, insulating pads on the bottom plate, and tempered glass for
window glass. Air conditioners, sounders, walkie-talkies and other
items can be configured according to users’ requirements.

Compared with ordinary bridge cranes, the self-weight is reduced by
15~30%, the wheel pressure can be reduced by
15~30%, and its own height is also reduced by 20~30%.
2. The hook limit is small and the working area is large;
The trolley adopts a compact design, and the hook lifts higher and
is closer to the workshop track, which increases the
working range of the hook in the workshop.
3. Fewer transmission links, high transmission efficiency, and low
failure points;
The hoisting unit adopts the form of direct connection, which
reduces the transmission links, reduces the number of failure
points, improves the transmission efficiency, and reduces the
energy consumption of the crane;
4. Using foreign high-quality parts and components, the maintenance
workload is small;
Main parts:
1 The main beam adopts the off-track box structure, and the end beam
is connected with high-strength bolts, which is
convenient for transportation. Specialized processing equipment
ensures the precise connection of the main and end beams
and makes the crane run smoothly;
2 Welding reel group is adopted, and the whole is annealed, and the
wire rope tension directly acts on the trolley frame, and
the force is good;
3 Wheel set are using 65Mn forged wheels, there are wear-resistant
wheels, long service life, high installation accuracy, no
rail gnawing in operation;
4 Reducer is Hard tooth surface reducer, so safer silent design,
maintenance-free;
5 The cabin is spacious, wide field of vision, comfortable and safe;
6 Conductive system: the drag chain conducts electricity, protects
the cable safely and reliably, and prolongs the service
life;
7 Steel plate pre-treatment: leveling, shot blasting, primer
spraying, CNC blanking, integral processing of trolley frame and
end beam, make errors reduce and high installation accuracy of each
component.
5. Frequency conversion speed regulation, smooth starting and
braking, easy to use.
1 The running unit adopts three-in-one reducer motor, frequency
conversion speed regulation, smooth starting and braking
without impact.
2 The control system can adjust the acceleration and deceleration
curve, more safe and easy to use.
6. The hook has the function of putting swing, accurate positioning
and efficiency.
1 Pulley set adopts rolled pulley with compact size, and the hook
drifts small, with small swinging amplitude and good
stability performance.
2 When working, the lifting weight has no sway, accurate positioning
and automatic reset, which enhances the working
efficiency and improves the working safety.
