The wire rope electric hoist consists of a hoisting gear box, a hoisting motor with a brake, a drum, an electric control panel, and a trolley. All these units can be accessed individually and disassembled and stopped in time.

Motor: The hoisting motor is a cone-rotor motor with brake. Produced by Nanjing Special Motor Factory. It is the highest quality motor. Large torque, suitable for frequent sports. The maximum torque is 2.4-3 times the rated torque.

Gearbox: The lifting gearbox adopts specially processed gears with high wear resistance. Each gear shaft assembly is supported by ball bearings or roller bearings to ensure smooth, low-friction operation.

Wire rope: The lifting wire rope complies with export standards. When the traction rope of the drum is slack, it will not slip. The safety factor is 6 of the nominal breaking strength of the rope.

Wire rope drum: Slotted winch drum, provides a seamless tube of sufficient length, can be wound in one layer, and provides appropriate support for the wire rope to minimize wear. The drum shaft is disassembled on the ball bearings to ensure smooth operation.

Electric control system: CD1, MD1 type hoist is composed of contactor box, control switch and current limiter. The operating voltage of the control switch is 380V, 36V or 24V (safe voltage).
