The difference between TIG welding and resistance welding
Comparing resistance welding, below are the reason why we suggest
TIG welding for stator rear side,
1. The conductors is not easy to clamp if use resistance welding
2. TIG welding is a kind of melting welding which have stronger
connection of copper wire and copper wire,
3. Welding contacting resistance of TIG welding is smaller than
resistance welding
4. All the three conductor's position are towards up in same way,
it is easy to use TIG welding method,
Related pure electrical car also use TIG welding method
Any way, you may conduct the welding with resistance welding by
yourself and compare the two method to get some other extened
conclusions.
