Packaging:Covered with bubble wrap inside, and steel frames outside
for protection and easy install . Also can be packed per your
requirements.
Shipping: We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 5~ 7days to

by sea which takes about one month to arrive , depending on your

make.Then We will need your logo in more detalied

Pattern.Eventually if you haven't exact ideas,we could provide you
with design concept and pattern with moderate cost.
Q: How long does it take to make my sign?
A: Signs generally are produced no more than 2 weeks after all
payment have been paid.
Q: Will I get a discount if I order several signs?
A: Sure, why not? So we’ll give a discount to you if you have much
order.Also,the regular buyer will be regarded as our VIP customers
and get the discount price.
Q: Can you design special sign for me?

2. Noctilucent Material Sign: Use Noctilucent Material Sign (that
is, neon light we usually call it).
3. Acrylic label: use acrylic material as the main material of the
board.
4. Metal tag: In the absence of a specified plate, the metal is
used as the main material of the plate or text of the tag. 5.
Electro-optic board: a sign that uses light-emitting diodes or
noctilucent tubes to achieve monochrome or color performance. The
light-emitting diodes and their manifestations can be divided into
five categories: night photovoltaic light plate, LCD, LED, CRT, FDT

total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.

send you a Performa invoice for your order. We need to know the
following information for your order.
1) Product information: Size,Quantity ( other request, if you have
any special request)
2) Delivery time required.
3) Shipping information: Company name,Street address,Phone & Fax
number, Destination sea port or airport.
4) Forwarder’s contact details if there ‘s any in China
4. Q: Can we order a sample before mass production?
A: Yes, sample order is available, and it’s will take 5-7 days to
finished usually.
Sample fee can be reduced in the bulk order.
5. Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: For those customer,who has DHL, FEDEX,TNT,UPS Account, can give
your account number and we will send the samples by freight
collected. And we can calculate the express freight for you to
compare if necessary, if choose ours, then pay the freight charge
directly to our company account, we will delivery the samples by
prepaid.
