Pine nuts handle simple production processes
Grading. The original fruit of pine nuts is first graded, one to three or one to six, and several grades are equipped with several shelling equipments (the finer the classification, the better the shelling effect);
Shelling. The graded raw materials are respectively lifted by the hoist to the size of the sheller and shelled, and several grades are equipped with several hoists and shellers;
Pine nut sheller kernel is separated. The unhulled nuts are separated from the nuts by a shell separator
Peeling. After the nuts are dried and humidified, peeled off to obtain the finished white nuts.

Prompt
If the production requirements are not high, you can also equip with a sheller and a hoist, take off one level of specifications, adjust the gap of the rinsing roll, take off another specification, and so on. This is more troublesome! Not suitable for mass production.

Gap adjustment method
The shelling roller cover and the upper cover are movable. After the upper cover is opened, the gap between the fixed roller and the moving roller can be seen, and the fixing screws and bolts in the middle of the bracket behind the fixed roller are loosened, and the belts are provided on both sides. The adjusting bolt of the compression spring has a smaller inward adjustment gap, and the outward adjustment gap becomes larger. The gap of the unwinding roller should be smaller than the diameter of the pine nut by 1-1.5 mm. After the adjustment, the bolt is fixed again.
