Product Introduction
The S-B37SA automatic corrugated iron sheet receiving machine is
directly connected to the corrugated cutting machine S-B26A (B) to
perform the collection and stacking of corrugated iron sheets. The
corrugated iron sheet is transported by belt into the iron
collection tank, and the supporting claws slowly descend according
to the height of the iron sheet stacking. When the iron sheet
stacking reaches the set height, the supporting claws descend to
the lower roller table (at this time, the small pneumatic cylinder
acts as a stopper to temporarily replace the supporting claws to
collect the subsequent iron sheet). The iron sheet is placed on the
pallet, and the pallet slowly moves. The supporting claws
immediately rise to collect the second layer of iron sheet. The
collected iron sheets are neatly stacked on the pallets. The
stacked pallets are slowly removed and then removed by the stacker.
The design is simple and has multiple safety features, making
maintenance and replacement easy and fast.
