Our tungsten carbide tipped cutters feature a hardened steel body

are suitable for all concrete texturing, scabbling, planing, and
grooving applications. These TCT cutters are also suitable for the
heavy duty cleaning of stone, concrete, and asphalt, as well as for
the removal of surface coatings and concrete coverings.
