Product Description:
The spoke load cell is a compression load cell commonly used for
static and dynamic measurements. The principle is that the
elastomer (elastic element, sensitive beam) is elastically deformed
under the action of an external force, which causes the resistance
strain gauges (conversion elements) pasted on its surface to be
deformed as well. After the deformation of the resistance strain
gauge, its resistance value decreases. Change (increase or
decrease), and then through the corresponding measurement circuit
will be this resistance change into an electrical signal, so as to
complete the process of converting the external force into an
electrical signal.
Applications:
The use of spoke compression load cell, as the name suggests, is
that the load cell is mainly used for weighing force measurement
occasions. For example, weighbridges, platform scales and other
related weighing equipment. It is also used in tensioning machines,
presses and other force testing equipment.
