Product Description:
Galvanized sheet is a thin steel sheet with Q235 as the base
material that has undergone a process to prevent it from corroding.
The steel is immersed in a molten zinc tank, where it forms a layer
of zinc oxide. This protective metal does not rust as easily, and
in addition, provides the steel with a tough and attractive finish.
It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, which
begins by coiling the steel plate and then immersing it in a
galvanized bath of molten zinc. Finally, the galvanized steel plate
is cut by a flattening machine and a shearing machine.
Due to its corrosion resistance and attractive finish, galvanized
steel is well-suited to a myriad of applications. From outdoor to
marine and industrial uses, galvanized steel is a reliable
fabrication component.
