B: Microwave heating system
(1) Microwave heating is a heating method that relies on the
material to absorb microwave energy and convert it into heat
energy, so that the material itself is heated at the same time.
Because of its high-frequency characteristics, the full wave
electromagnetic field is carried out at an amazing speed of
billions of times per second. Periodically, after the polar
molecules in the material (typically water molecules, proteins,
nucleic acids, fats, carbohydrates, etc.) absorb microwave energy,
they are arranged in an orderly manner under the action of the
