Hollow Conjugate Siliconized Polyester Fiber For Filling Material

Hollow conjugated siliconized polyester staple fiber is a type of fiber that is produced using either PTA and MEG, or PET chips, or even recycled PET and polyester waste from post-consumed PET bottles. This fiber is commonly utilized in various applications such as yarn spinning, geotextile production, and as filling material for pillows, stuffed toys, cushions, and more. When it comes to the production process, virgin fiber is employed for PTA, while recycled fiber is used for PET.

• Hollow PSF has better loft, recovery and warmth retention property than solid PSF, because there is a hole in single fiber, it can save some air.Our hollow PSF is easy to be carded and good at bonding with low melting fiber.

It’s mainly used for fiberfill, filtration, padding, wadding, insulation etc.
