Applicable Materials:
Carbon steel plates & tube/pipe: 0-12mm;
Stainless steel plate & tube/pipe: 0-6mm.
Aluminum plate & tube/pipe: 0-4mm
Professional used to cut thin sheet metal, aluminum alloy
plate/tube, galvanized sheet/tube, electrolytic plate, silicon
steel, titanium alloy, aluminium zinc plate and other metal.
Machine structure,
The machine consists of bed, worktable, beam, sliding seat, ram,
cooling system, pneumatic system, slag discharge system, dust
removal system, support plate and other components.
1.1. Machine Bed
The machine bed adopts integral welding structure, high temperature
back quenching treatment, and then vibration aging treatment. It
has good rigidity and high precision, and can be used for a long
time without deformation.
1.2. Fixed workbench
The machine adopts gantry structure, Taiwan YYC high-precision
high-speed rack and pinion (Herion) double-sided drive and linear
guide, with stable transmission and high precision.
Fixed worktable main frame: the whole bending process of ultra
thick plate is adopted, and then the whole welding is formed, so as
to have great bearing capacity.
1.3. Tube/Pipe cutting Device
Automatic chuck
The pneumatic automatic chuck is able to clamp the round tube,
square tube and oval-shaped tube quickly.
The patented chuck technology has four claws for automatic
centering, which can support round tube, square tube and
oval-shaped tube. The circular tube and other materials
automatically implement the clamping centering function.
The thin chuck design can easily enter the inside of the fixed
chuck to realize the cutting of the tail.
Fixed chuck
The fixed chuck adopts four claws to clamp the pipe, and the claw
end is equipped with roller mechanism and can clamp and center
quickly.
The chuck has a servo motor drive and movable chuck, they two can
whirl at the same time , which can achieve rapid rotation of the
pipe cutting without distortion of the pipe.
1.4. Cross-Beam
The crossbeam is welded as a whole. After two times of high
temperature quenching and vibration aging, the crossbeam is formed
by high precision processing, with good rigidity, high strength and
dynamic performance.
Lengthened Cross-beam (Y-axis) to process and cut pipes.
1.5. X, Y, Z axis motion control
X, Y axis and Z axis adopt high torque servo motor, with high
precision, high speed, large torque, large inertia, stable and
durable performance. It ensures the high speed and acceleration of
the whole machine.
1.6. Waste discharge system
The lower part of the bed is equipped with a cart, which can
collect the waste in the production process and small parts.
1.7. Dust removal system
FCL3015 CNC laser cutting machine workbench has a special partition
dust removal system, which is used to remove dust, waste gas and
other substances in the production process, so as to make the
working environment comfortable.
