1.Thin Blade Slitter Scorer Description:
The high-efficiency cutting and reordering operations of the ball
screw and precision nut combined construction exhibit impressive
mechanical precision that seems to give life to the smooth
rotational agility, and the backlash is excellently reduced to
ensure excellent positioning accuracy. No matter from which angle
you look at it, the positioning accuracy of slitting and scribing
must be precisely controlled within ±0.5mm. Linear guide rails are
used for cutting and wire changing stand-alone machines, with high
mechanical precision that cannot be ignored. The stability of the
guide rail is stable and reliable, the positioning accuracy is
accurate, and no slight error is allowed. For the lateral movement
deviation of the whole machine, we can correct it by compensating
±100mm. This correction is very necessary as it will have a crucial
impact on the smooth running of the entire process.

3.Thin Blade Slitter Scorer Feature Advantage:
Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and
long work-life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.
Adopt 8 shafts design, two shafts in front and back of the slitter,
can minimize the length of paperboard machining to 260mm.
8 shafts with front-scoring feeding,back double rubber rollers for
paper leading, running more steady.
Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase
adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.
Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic
grinding type, it could be grinding when working, improve work
efficiency.
Make all shafts, rollers and wallboard thicker to 38mm for machine
size bigger than 3m.
All the chain wheels material is #45 steel.
Main motor is 7.5kw excitation motor for machine size bigger than
3m.
Blade & scorer both move by electric is optional for your choosing.
