RS-901AW is an accurate radial lead forming machine for electrolytic capacitors. It can work for electrolytic capacitor, LED components, and other radial components. It can feed components automatically with special feeder bowl for forming, the customized jig can clamp components to forming tool. Its fast speed is also amazing , which can reach 8000-12000pcs/hour. We Can customize feeder bowl, jigs, forming tool according to components.

Available Electrolytic capacitor size. For different capacitor size range, it needs a different machine.

5-10mm Dia E-capacitor, max body height: 16mm

8-13mm Dia E-capacitor, max body height: 25mm

13-16 Dia E-capacitor, max body height: 30mm

16-18 Dia E-capacitor, max body height: 35mm
