    1. Copper foil flexible busbar means that the busbar is composed of several layers of copper foil with a thickness of 0.1mm or 0.2mm. The busbar structure is divided into two separate areas: a solid area and a flexible area. Solid areas are welded using molecular diffusion welding machines for cell/module connections in battery packs. The flex area is not welded during manufacture, which will benefit assembly and vibration reliability.
