Optical switch is a device that controls the switching state of a
circuit through optical signals. It is usually composed of a photosensitive element, a signal
amplifier, a trigger circuit and a switching circuit. When illuminated by light, the photosensitive element generates a
photogenerated charge, which is amplified and converted into a
digital signal by a trigger circuit, which ultimately controls the
