Functions:
1. Stroke control: The stroke pilot valve controls the stroke of
the hydraulic cylinder by controlling the flow direction and
pressure of the hydraulic oil, so that it moves within the
specified range.
2. Stroke limit: the stroke pilot valve can set the stroke switch
position, so that the hydraulic cylinder stops moving when it
reaches the specified position, so as to achieve the purpose of
stroke limit.
3. Throttle control: The stroke pilot valve controls the flow of
hydraulic oil by adjusting the size and number of the throttle
valve in the spool, so as to achieve slow or fast movement of the
hydraulic cylinder.
4. Prevent overload: the stroke pilot valve can be set through the
overload protection valve. When the hydraulic oil pressure exceeds
the specified value, the spool automatically opens and the pressure
is released, so as to avoid the overload of the hydraulic system.
5. Energy saving and environmental protection: the stroke pilot
valve can reduce the flow loss in the hydraulic system by
regulating the flow, reduce energy consumption and noise, and
achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.
