Directions:

2. Strating Permanent. Expand lips with your fingers, stained the numbing liquid with a cotton swab(Please don't use the swab with the wooden handle as it will absorbed the liquid ) Repeatedly wipe the lip for 2 minutes, lip Liner should be wiped hardly, please note, then waitting 4-6 minutes, you'll find the lip become slightly pale and some crystal items left, remove it by a swab, then you can doing lip tattooing, some people need to repeat the above steps if haven't numbed.
3. Leave the anesthetic on until it is removed by the professional before the procedure.
It can be used in: Patterns of physical, embroidered eyebrows, lips bleaching.
Not appropriate for eyeliner as it may drip into the eye. Try a gel instead.

Swipe across and repeated wiping on the skin longer for better result.
Don't use during procedure, after skin has been broken. Because Epinephrine make the skin to blacken and Hemostatic effect is very good.
