Introduction
Cool storage room is a type of refrigeration equipment. Cold
storage refers to the use of artificial means to create an
environment different from the outdoor temperature or humidity, and
it is also a constant temperature and humidity storage equipment
for food, liquid, chemical, pharmaceutical, vaccine, scientific
experiments and other items. Cool storage room is usually located
near the shipping port or origin. Compared with refrigerators, cold
storage has a larger cooling area and has a common cooling
principle.
Medium temperature cool storage room at 0~10 degrees Celsius are
generally used to store fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, fish,
flower, etc. If the product is precooling before entering the cold
room, the quality and storage time of the product can be extended.
If the product has not been precooling in advance, then the cooling
capacity of the cold room needs to be designed to be larger in
order to cool the product as soon as possible. It is generally
recommended that the daily input volume should not exceed 10% of
the design storage capacity of the storage room. If the 10% value
is exceeded, the temperature in the cold room rises and it is
difficult to cool down quickly, which affects the quality of the
product.
How To Use Cold Storage Room
The design of the cold storage should meet the technological
requirements and be equipped with automatic temperature recorders
and thermometers.
Only qualified raw materials or finished products can be put into
storage.
Materials are stored and shipped according to the
first-in-first-out principle to avoid long-term backlogs that
affect quality.
Raw materials and finished products are stored in separate
warehouses, and products with mutual odor cannot be stored in the
same cold storage.
The temperature of the finished product warehouse, cold storage,
and packaging room meets the process requirements. The temperature
of the finished product cold storage is below -18°C, the
temperature of the quick freezer is below -30°C, and the
temperature of the single freezer is below -35°C. The temperature
of the cold storage is monitored by the warehouse manager and
recorded every 2 hours in the "Refrigerator Temperature Monitoring
Record".
The products in the warehouse must have complete packaging, and
random stacking is prohibited; the stacking is neat, the batches
are clear, and each batch and each stack of products are marked;
products, raw materials, and finished products that have
cross-flavors are not allowed to be stored in the same inventory.
The distance between the items in the warehouse and the wall is not
less than 30cm, and the distance from the ground is not less than
10cm. Keep a certain distance from the ceiling and store them in
stacks. Do not stack goods underneath.
Different varieties of products are stored in separate stacks, the
batches are clear, and each batch of each stack of products is
marked.
The cold storage and finished product warehouse are regularly
cleaned and disinfected, and the frost is swept every seven days;
the cold storage is cleaned and disinfected at least once a year.
