Acoustic Partition Wall
Specification:
Acoustic partition wall is our top of the range operable walls. The
system offers several layouts and stacking arrangements to create
many useful areas within the working space.
Acoustic partition walls are sliding partitions available in three
varying thicknesses . This system is top hung. Each panel is
individually supported by a track system mounted on the ceiling. No
floor track is required.
To create the seal, each panel has interlocking vertical profiles
and retractable rubber seals. A handle inserted into the vertical
edge of each panel operates the retractable seals.
One half turn of the handle operates a mechanism inside the panel
that moves the seal against the floor and against the track. In
most cases the last panel has a telescopic leading edge with a
rubber seal operated with a handle inserted into the face of the
panel. This panel will close and seal the whole system.

Application:
Ease of operation, acoustic performance and pleasing aesthetics are
combined in it to create movable walls that maximize spatial
versatility in offices, conference and meeting rooms, training
areas, educational establishments, hotels and banqueting suites.
Aluminium accessories:
The acoustic partition wall tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5
anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and
interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track
sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets.
Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept
a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the
top of the track.
Vinyl seal of butane rubber will be used as top and bottom and as
well as closure seals for the operable wall system.Retractable seal
drop will be 23mm.
Application:
The acoustic partition wall panels are operated by means of an
internal scissor-jack mechanism and move effortlessly along an
aluminium head track, when closed they form a secure fixed wall.
Movable wall system is a high quality bespoke movable wall system
to suit timber panels up to 150 kiliograms in weight, there are
multiple options for Door types, parking areas and track layouts.
Each door is a top hung straight sliding panel which sits inline
with the other doors these panels can be moved into a parking area
when the wall needs to be opened, pivot panels can be fixed or
converted into sliding doors. Timber movable walls can be created
to suit any space within reason.
Operation:
All operations should be gentle and should pay attention to safety.
Facing the screen station, use both hands to grab the screen and
pull the screen in the direction of the rails; turn the screen in
the direction of the rails.
After pushing the screen to its place, fix the screen. Tip: When
pushing the screen to the intersection, you should pay attention to
the direction of the rail, and then gently push the screen along
the rail to the position where it should be placed.
