Acoustic operable walls and movable partitions are used extensively
in large rooms to partition the space for maximize space
utilization, revenue potential and sound control. Acoustic walls
are quick to operate and are available in a range of acoustic
ratings from 30db - 49db. Sound attenuation is achieved by modern
manufacturing methods and the unique panel construction that
consists of an aluminum frame, particle board cladding and multiple
acoustic infills.
Operation
When the operable seals are retracted, panels glide effortlessly
and quietly along the unique aluminum overhead ceiling track system
(no need for floor guide).
When moving a wall panel, there is a 20-25mm gap between the top of
the panel and the underside of the head track and there is a
similar gap between the bottom of the panel and the floor.
Once a panel is positioned, acoustic integrity is maintained along
the top and bottom of the panel by extending pressure seals. The
pressure seals are extended and retracted by a single 180° turn of
a removable operating handle.
Final closure of the wall is achwared by extending a telescopic
sleeve on the last panel. This action simultaneously extends the
top and bottom seals.

A: Yes, our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different
acoustic material fillings and various sound absorbing panels to achieve different acoustic
ratings. For the 65 series we can reach 45db, for the 80 type we can reach 48db, the 85 type can
reach 50db, for the 100 type we can reach 50db.
4.Q: How to install an active partition? Is it difficult to
complete?
A: It is not difficult to install our active partitions. Our active
partition is a hanging rail type moving wall that does not require any ground track. Therefore the hanging rail
structure will be very important. We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so
your employees just need to follow them step by step.

A: Yes, and the sample is free, you just pay the express delivery
fee is ok.
6.Q: What is your payment terms?
A : 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the
order and balance paid by T/T before loading container, or irrevocable L/C at sight.
7. Q : What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?
A : 3 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading
nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation.In case of our
quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of
