Washing Filling Capping Machine
This machine works harmoniously with air-conveyor belt (chain plate
conveyor belt is optional), It holds the bottles by the neck, thus,
reducing the possibility of bottles falling over during conveying
process.
This machine is used to fill carbonated drink into pet bottle and
with screw caps capping function.
This machine integrated three function: 1. Rinse the empty pet
bottle, 2. filling the rinsed bottles, 3. capping the filled
bottles
Labeling machine
This machine adopts international advanced technology to cover the
circle label on the PET bottle. And then, hot shrinking to fix on
the position which bottle body designated.
Date printer
Variable characters/languages/logos/fonts printing
Timing and counting printing
Reversal and inverse etc, four directional inkjet printing
Automatic show of products counting, batch numbers, shift numbers
Automatic PE film wrapping shrink machine
The main function is wrapping the product by the shrink film first,
then heating it, in this way, the product will be packed tightly by
the film.
