1.The series equipment is used in production gas containing water of PET polyester bottle-packing carbonated beverage, such as cola, soft drinks, soda water etc.
2.It carries out washing bottle, filling and capping on one machine. The whole machine designing is reasonable. The appearance is beautiful and the maintenance is convenient.
3.It adopts bottle handing technology to make changing bottle more convenient, faster and easier. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control ,Touch screen and no-bottle, no-cap system.

•This washing part is made up of lifting device, the main transmission device, the fixed frame, clamp device, distributor, and open clamp cams and over turn cams etc.

•Lifting device is used to adjust the height of the rotary tables and clamps of machine to adapt to the bottle height. Its power comes from the lifting lever. Lever rotates drive screw rotation to realize the rotary tables lift.

•Plastic bottle filling machine is specially designed according to the carbonated water feature

•The filling part is made up of main liquid pipe, rotating cylinder bearing base, filling cylinder fulcrum loop, wine or carbonated drink tank, filling valve, filling cylinder pipe, control loop device, ascending device, the distributor, height adjusting control, stimulating bubble arm, vacuum system, etc.
