Silica Sand Filter
The silica sand filter is a kind of water treatment equipment. It
is widely used to filter suspended solids, granules and colloidal
substance from water.
Our silica sand filter is filled with silica sand, anthracite, and
other filter materials. Its filtration effect is quite good as a
result of the reasonable filling method of filter materials and
dosing mode. The height of its filtration layer is above 1200mm.
Active Carbon Water Filter
The active carbon water filter is a kind of water treatment
equipment used to improve water quality and taste. It is made of
stainless steel and filled with nutshell-shaped active carbon. The
active carbon is used to absorb dissolved impurities and
disagreeable tastes and odors from water. Meanwhile, it also can
get rid of organic matter, toxic chemicals and chloridion from
water, and protect RO membrane from the damage of free chlorine.
Sodium Ion Exchanger
The sodium lon exchanger is water treatment equipment. It is mainly
used to remove calcium ion and magnesium ion from raw water to make
water softer.
Our sodium lon exchanger is born to solve this problem. It uses its
sodion to exchange calcium ion and magnesium ion of raw water
through ion exchange resin. This can effectively prevent the
generation of carbonate scale and sulfate scale, and thus produce
soften water.
The centrifugal multistage pump is required to be installed in the
filter. It can provide brine and extract sodion from it. The salt
melting tank of 500L is required. Users can add industrial salt and
water into it, and make water saturated.
Precision Water Filter
The precision water filter is a kind of water filtration equipment,
which also called be called as cartridge filter. It is used to
prevent fine grains and other impurities from penetrating into high
pressure pump and reverse osmosis membrane module. Its accuracy is
in the range of 0.10 to 60μm. The filtration precision of the
filter membrane is not affected by feed pressure.
It should be stressed that cartridges must be replaced or cleaned
when the differential pressure of precision water filter is above
1.07Mpa.
Ultrafiltration Water Filter
The ultrafiltration water filter is water purification equipment.
It is mainly used to remove bacteria, rust, colloidal matter, and
other impurities from tap water, and remain trace elements, mineral
substances and other substances which are good for humans'health.
Reverse Osmosis
The reverse osmosis is water filtration equipment. It is the main
part of purified water system. It can remove inorganic salt,
organic matter and microorganism.
Water Tank
The water tank is a kind of water treatment equipment. It is made
of stainless steel 304 or 316. Its surface is polished, and the
roughness is Ra0.4μm.
Our water tank is equipped with air respirator, liquid indicator
and manhole. It is widely used in food and drink industries.
