Working Principles of Bottle Conveyor
The cap feeder uses vibrators to make caps dropped from cap storage
device. Then the air blower blows caps to the hopper along
pipelines. After that, the caps will spirally drop into cap-arrange
device.
The optoelectronic switch is installed in the cap-arrange device.
When the quantity of caps is not sufficient, it will send signals
to start air blower and vibrator. After that, the air blower blows
caps to the hopper. When the quantity of caps is enough, the
vibrator will not work. The air blower will continually blow the
rest of caps to the hopper for one second to make sure there is no
cap in the pipelines. When the cap–arrange device don't rotate, the
cap-feeding system will not work.
