The aseptic cold filling production line adopts aseptic isolation
technology to ensure the sterilization of filling materials,
packaging environment and packaging containers. Sterilize bottles
and caps with reliable sterilization methods to ensure the
sterility of empty bottles and caps.
Use COP and SOP methods to clean and sterilize the internal and
external surfaces of the equipment, and use sterile air to maintain
a positive pressure in the filling environment to achieve a class
100 clean environment. The use of CIP and SIP methods to clean and
sterilize the material pipeline ensures that the materials after
UHT sterilization are not contaminated, and ensure that the final
product meets the requirements of commercial sterility.
The quantitative measurement of the patented filling valve adopts
the international advanced electronic weighing system, which
greatly improves the filling accuracy and is at the leading level
in the field of aseptic filling. The PROFIBUS bus control
technology is adopted to realize the communication and the whole
line control between each single machine, online display the whole
line running status, and fault alarm, which greatly improves the
automatic control level and reduces the possibility of human
misoperation.
