Components of Sliding Partition Walls
Tracks: Made of good quality anodized aluminium 6063-T5
materials,hanging the movable partition walls with wheels.
Wheels/Rollers: It is the carrier for the movable partition walls
,let panels move more flexibly.Pulley bearing is more than 1600
KGS.
Connectors: Made of anodized aluminium 6063-T5 aluminum tracks,“L”,
“T”, “＋”types are available.
Rubber/vinyl seal: Made of Nitrile Butadiene
Rubber(NBR+PVC),durable and perfect for sound
insulation,wear-resistant.
Rock Wool: Density of 60kg/m3,help us reduce the noise and heat.
Handle: Operate the retractable being up and down.
Retractable mechanism: Control the movement of the top and bottom
seal to form a excellent sound insulation performance.
Magnetic Strip: Ferrite plastic magnetic material will be used in
between aluminum profiles to enhance acoustic performance of the
movable partition walls.
MDF board: 9 mm thickness,density of 760kg/m3,absorbent thickness
expansion rate is less than 15%.Formaldehyde emission is 34mg/100g.
