To create a better sound insulation folding partition wall door, we
put high density fiberglass inside the partition frame, Sourcing
from imported world famous fiberglass brand Owens Corning which is
the best sound insulation cotton manufacturer.
The folding partition walls will be made from 10 mm MDF boards and
shall be 100 mm thick and 1220 mm maximum width, made to the
appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in
full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner
construction .The folding partition walls panel faces shall be
finished with selected material.
Aluminum tracks feature quiet operation, consistent shape for
end-to-end alignment, selection of 2 separate ceiling officiants
for ease of alignment, corrosion resistance and hard running
surface for proper carrier movement. Tracks have been tested for a
minimum of 10 years of use.
It uses track and trolleys on individual panels system and track
and trolleys on paired panels system.
The folding partition walls series consists of glass, melamine
board, fire board, color steel plate, gypsum board and other
decorative materials.

Pass Door
If there is a door in the middle of the folding partition walls,
first turn the square hole on both sides of the door to rotate 180
degrees, loosen the upper and lower seals through the drive wheel,
and then close the door in the door; open the last stretch of the
folding partition walls of the aluminum plate and Upper and lower
seals; retract the last screen of the retractable aluminum plate,
so that the distance generated by the screen can at least turn the
distance of the screen; the active screen partition cut along the
direction of the rails to the position of the closing screen; after

screens tightly to minimize the distance between the screen and the
screen. If necessary, you can open the up and down motion seals
