● Battery sorting machine:With the function of scanning and storing
data on the battery. 7 grades for sorting. Automatic sorting
equipment is suitable for voltage and internal resistance testing
of cylindrical batteries of various specifications. Diameter 18-21,

● CCD vision inspection equipment:Multifunctional vision inspection
system based on CCD industrial camera and machine vision
technology.
● Automatic spot welding machine for batteries:Suitable for welding
various specifications of cylindrical batteries with single-sided
automatic spot welding welding.
● Jig rotation system:Automatically senses the jig to reach its
position, and the rotation mechanism clamps the jig to rotate so
that the jig returns to the next program.

Function Introduction
1. Fixture automatic turning system
