Discussing testing requirements and technical details, suggested
suitable products to customer to confirm. Then quote most suitable

2) Specifications customize process:
Drawing related drawings to confirm with customer for customized
requirements. Offer reference photos to show the products
appearance. Then, confirm the final solution and confirm final
price with customer.
3) Production and delivery process:
We will produce the machines according to confirmed PO
requirements. Offering photos to show production process.
After finish production, offer photos to customer to confirm again
with the machine. Then do own factory calibration or third party
calibration(as customer requirements). Check and test all the
details and then arrange packing.
Deliver the products in confirmed shipping time and inform
customer.
4) Installation and after sale service:
Defines installing those products in the field and providing
after-sales support.

Q: What's the payment term?
A: T/T, L/C and other payment terms could be negotiated.

Q:Can we visit your factory before order?

visit our factory, we will help to arrange hotel and pick up you
from airport.
Q: What's the delivery term?
A:At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no
stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after
deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making
special arrangement for you.
Q:How about the packing for machine, is it safely protected during
transportation?
A: Testing Chamber is packed by standard export wooden box for
outside package and stretch film for inner package, it won't be damaged. We've delivered many testing machines abroad
by sea or by air without damage.
