Product purpose:
An ozone test machine is a device used to measure the concentration
of ozone gas in the air. It consists of a sensor that detects the
presence of ozone and a display screen that shows the measurement
results. The machine may also have a built-in data logger for
recording measurements over time. Some ozone test machines are
portable and handheld, while others are designed for stationary use

The ozone test machine standard is set by international
organizations such as the International Organization for
Standardization (ISO) and the American Society for Testing and
Materials (ASTM). The standard test method for ozone resistance of
elastomers is ASTM D1149. This method specifies the procedures and
equipment required to determine the resistance of elastomers to
cracking and degradation when exposed to ozone in a controlled
environment. The ISO 1431-1 standard also provides guidance for the
testing of rubber and elastomers for ozone resistance. These
standards ensure that ozone test machines produce accurate and
reliable results that can be used to evaluate the performance of
materials in various applications.
