Product description

1. This mounting machine is equipped with 34 suction nozzles and 68 feeders station. The feeding mode is double motor electronic feeder. Motor controlled winding, feeder carry out feeding, independent control, more accurate, reducing failure rate.

2.The maximum size of PCB board is 1200 * 330mm and the minimum is 100 * 100mm. The thickness of PCB board is 0.5-5mm. Can be used to make rigid boards, such as panel lamps and lamp tubes, In addition to hard boards, one of the biggest features of this machine is that it can also make soft boards, such as flexible light strips, which are used for outdoor decoration.

3,Each screw rod is controlled by a servo motor, which converts the rotary motion of the servo motor into linear motion, thereby driving the mounting machine placement head to repeatedly move on the linear guide rail to mount components. Multiple screw rods work together, and servo motor and angle motor ensure accuracy.
