Hydraulic fan is a combination of double ball bearing tight
structure and oil-impregnated bearing lubriing oil to extend the
life characteristics, and produce an excellent cooling fan
structure, it adopts the bottom of the label surface integrated
sealing structure, not volatile, good oil retention
characteristics, high temperature ability characteristics, life is
also slightly longer than oil-containing bearings
Hydraulic fan because the buckle is sealed inside, it is not easy
to take out the buckle, therefore, it is not convenient to take out
the cooling fan blade for rework, if there is a defective product
during process production, repair is very troublesome. Second,
because the hydraulic fan can be refueled on both sides of the
bearing, the amount of oil can be stored more, the life is longer,
compared with the oil-containing bearing, it is also necessary to
add gaskets, etc., the process is more complied, so the cost will
be relatively higher
