Drying and kiln systems
Based on the raw material characteristics, product specifications,
and production capacity requirements tested in the laboratory, the

Chamber drying kiln
Tunnel drying kiln (suitable for special ceramics, structural ceramics,
Electroceramics, functional ceramics, chemical powders, magnetic
materials, glass, metal heat treatment, non-ferrous metals, rare
earth, and other fields, firing, glue discharge, silver drying,
heat treatment, etc.)
Rapid drying kiln (suitable for producing large hole hollow blocks)
Large tunnel kiln
Based on laboratory testing results, product specifications, and
production capacity requirements, we design, provide, and construct
tunnel kilns suitable for any scale brick factory. Kiln length:
from 70 to 181 meters or more, kiln width: from 2.5 to 9 meters or
more, yard height: 2 meters or more.

Roller kiln (Compared to tunnel resistance furnace, it saves push plate loss
and has a long conveying distance. It is mainly used for the firing
or heat treatment of rare earth, oxide, and other materials.)
Pusher kiln (with silicon molybdenum bar as the heating element, the maximum
working temperature is 1750 ℃, which is mainly suitable for
high-temperature sintering of zirconia Ceramic knife, alumina
ceramics, zirconia structural ceramics)
