- Single screw extruder is mainly used for extruding thermoplastic
plastics such as soft and hard polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene,
etc. It can process various plastic products, such as blow film,
extrusion tube, pressing plate, drawstring, etc. It can also be
used for melting granulation. The plastic extruder is advanced in

The vertical single screw vacuum extruder contains electrical
connection, pneumatic connection and mechanical connection part,
where the mechanical connection part mainly includes the lower
extrusion forming extrusion part and the upper mixing part.
Especially, the lower extrusion section includes head, mud
cylinder, lower vacuum box, lower extrusion spindle, pressure head,
of which pressure head is removable, so as to facilitate clearing,
mud screw, mud shaft, mud drive teeth, lubrication chestnut, window
door plate, inferior differential speed reducer, pneumatic clutch,
joint group belt, pulley, and lower extrusion main motor. In the
back section of the lower extrusion spindle, a hollow shaft is
mounted in the lower differential speed reducer, while the lower
differential speed reducer is mounted on the lower reducer mounting
plate, and the lower reducer mounting plate is mounted on the lower
vacuum box. There are a set of bearings installed in the middle
section of the lower extrusion spindle, there is a set of gear set
installed on the mud press shaft, and one spherical bearing is
installed in the rear end of the mud press shaft, spherical bearing
is installed in the mud press shaft bearing bracket, and mud press
shaft bearing bracket is installed inside the lower vacuum box, one
spherical bearing is installed in the middle section of the mud
press shaft. There is a spherical bearing installed in the bearing
shell, which is installed in the hole of the middle plate of the
lower vacuum box and sealed by a skeleton oil seal, wherein there
is a transition vacuum box installed on the lower vacuum box body,
and a superior mixing and granulation part installed on the
transition vacuum box body. Mainly, the upper stirring part
includes upper stirring and granulating spindle, stirring knife and
granulating screw.
The vertical single screw vacuum extruder is invented to meet the
shortcomings of the traditional vacuum extruder which is not
suitable for the production of hard plastic clay, and the problems
of tedious cleaning and low quality of extruded products, which
greatly improves the quality of output products. The single screw
mechanical connection of this machine makes the extruded products
have various advantages such as fixed shape and size, high
mechanical strength, high density, low water content and smooth
surface, etc. In which the pressure head is detachable, so that it
is easy to clean the machine.
